MaNaNaNoWriMo is finished. November was a busy month for Marianas writers. We had many write-ins and most were attended by at least two or three repeat /faithful writers and a couple had one-time visitors. So this was a great November for Marianas Writers. We got a lot of writing done. I personally made it to 50,000 words on a new historical novel. Some writers added to their on-going journals or memoirs. Others explored ideas. We gave out notebook/pen/sling bag gift packs to several writers. We shared snacks and left-over Halloween candy. We contributed to the local economy by drinking coffee and tea and more at a variety of cafés. And we had fun!
December will be time to rest and recoup. We’ll try to start up regular meetings or write-ins in January 2025.
